Startup School
This weekend, I was lucky enough to have been accepted to attend Startup School, a startup event at Stanford hosted by Y-Combinator.
These people are the innovators of Silicon Valley, so some of the biggest names were there :
Paul Graham (Y-Combinator founder) and Marc Andreesen (Netscape founder),
Mark Pincus, founder of Zynga (Farmville, Words with Friends, etc..)
Ashton Kutcher’s into startup investment
Others included Ron Conway (Michael Jordon of angel investors), Matt Mullenweg (founder of Wordpress), Max Levchin (founder of Paypal), Drew Houston (founder of DropBox), and of course Mark Zuckerberg, who I’m sure doesn’t need an introduction:
Last but not least, the attendees really are many of the top innovators of America. These people are the hackers and entrepreneurs defining Silicon Valley as the startup hub of the world, and I’m sure will create some of the biggest names in tech soon.
